No rush commissions! - Please allow me at least two (2) weeks to design.

Designs should only be used for personal use or within the event / project. Any outside distribution is not allowed.
50% downpayment is needed before the start of the commission.
Client will be responsible for manufacturing / producing the designs, not the artist.

Part-time Operations Assistant
(Hybrid Work)Who we’re looking for:
• We'd love to have someone who enjoys art and design as much as we do! We also would like to have someone who understands the "moody brand" :)• Good communication skills and manners are essential! We want to foster a safe, comfortable, and friendly space.• A responsible and respectful moody kid! — who we can rely on to be consistently organized, punctual, and attentive. We want someone with a sense of urgency as well :)• Someone willing to learn new skills and willing to work with other members of the team.What you will do:
• Help manage calendars, to-do lists, event dates, and ensure deadlines are being met• Help keep track of products for partner stores and the online shop• Assist in contacting suppliers and purchasing supplies• Send emails, updates, and news to the store's partner artists (only when needed)• Help manage the online shop (sorting orders, packing, and booking couriers)• Assist in coordinating production schedules, budgets, and resources for projects and/or events• Assist during events held in and beyond the store (only when needed - with extra pay!)Qualifications:
• Must be residing in Quezon City or able to report to the Moody studio (Katipunan) for on-site work• High school or College Graduate (legal age)• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar, Drive, and Meet) — must have own laptop!Usual work hours: Tuesday to Friday: 11am to 5pm (on-site / remote)
~ 3 days a week on-site and 1 day remote (WFH)
~ 24 hours a week in total
